Afternoon from a blustery Carmarthen Fetch is back on MM61
Last afternoon in work and then off till monday,with a mudbath thrown in for good measure Hope i can get there in time from York,reckon it will take about 4 and half hours
MM well thats abvious as i logged my run earlier the one you comminted onyour legs will be stiff after the journey
2 more shifts then off till 30th october

have fun in the gwents its another wet day for you so that means snod will be dryas we race alternate weeks and so far all yours have been wet & mine dry

6.4m for me tonight. Legs are feeling better after massage, but piriformis stretches coming up in a bit. Looking at the perceived effort on a slow recovery run, it's pretty clear that I'm not over Chester yet.... Not going to be doing the cross country- like I say, I'm not reday to race and it's not worth the risk
On a positive, got my Welsh Champs silver medal through the post today for Chester marathon
Mung bean curry and rice. 1lb gone since Sunday
JD wish choice on the gwents as you say not worth it,i will be taking it easy after snod,i've crammed alot in the last 8 weeks so it will be back to very short training runs and will race only when it feels good
well done on your welsh medal,its a great buzz when you get them

Turkey curry, brown rice and naan bread for me
JD this will be my 11th snowdonia mar but 1 of then was cancelled because of torrential rain,flooding and high windsi have never had a dry 1 2006 i did beachy head instead and sods low it was a frosty wind free race in snod,so you could say i'm well over due a nice 1
10 miles done i'm afraid to say but no more b4 snowdonia my hammy aint having it going to concentrate on rice,followed by loads of streching and my beloved foam roller

Fingers crossed Snowdon will be okay. The countdown is on, all the hard work has been done.
Chilli and rice sounds good. Will have to have that myself one day soon. Smoked salmon, salad and jacket potato.

MM61 - will give it a go. Chances are, I will fall as it will be pretty muddy!!!
NR take extra care on the down hill b4 the finsih very slippery with sharp stones there i'm not risking it b4 snowdonia have a great race as you allways do
