JD shame Pembrey clashes with Ras y Mast,i have got to do one to win the champs.

Pembrey is appealing as it starts at 11,but even though Ras y Mast starts at 1 pm it is a classic Probably will be undecided untill the day

mm61- Can you get them to delay Ras y Mast to 2pm?

On a serious note why do these clubs clash races,there would probably be approx 25 Ras y Mast runners doing Pembrey had they been on different days.

Llanelli marathon is the same day as VLM,had i not got in VLM i would rather watch it on tv than go and support Llanelli runners,it just does not make sense...

Great running JD.  Well done.

I will be at Pembrey.  Looking forward to shorter distance running and races.

I am heading up to Llanberis early on Friday.  Will stop off for lunch half way.  No idea where I will eat on Friday, probably Pete's Eats.

MM - enjoy some sunshine and a rest from running.
