Glutes and back issues from about 15 m. Chester still in my legs, but happy enough. I made it 3.08.08. Managed a sprint finish for last 100m
Saw NR who had a storming run, but I'll let her tell her own story

Evening !

318 for me. 131 half way. Took it easy in the hope I could run all the way and it worked. Didn't walk, did loads of people up waun fawr and flew down. Loads left in the tank and never felt so fresh after a marathon. Actually feel fresher now than before I started. Laid the awful experience of London to rest.

Evening all

MM61 - great time.  Sorry to hear Les Croupiers kept you awake.

Enjoyed the race.  Chuffed to have got a decent time  and didn't push myself too hard like last year.  Very tired today and the journey back was scary.  Glad to get back.

I ranted a bit in the interview but only about women's running and what a fantastic sport running is for everyone.  Not too bad and they won't it all, if at all.

What next? ......
