JD don't how about you but my right cheek is killing me no roller or stretching todayby 23 miles it gave up the race,it was ok till gelert,then on the hill out it tightened up

MM61- no damage here, apart from the usual pain. Going down stairs backwards now though!
Don't use the roller for a few days, let the inflammation die down a bit first and muscles start to repair themselves
