MM61- plenty of people I know who would kill for that time! I know it's not as fast as you're capable of, but taking into account your problems, it's still pretty good!

MM61 not dropped out of VLM  yet,felt like giving up at mile 18 last time though,it can only be better next time

MM- it won't hurt until 23 if you put the training in. After 23 it's going to hurt whatever you do, if you're pushing

MM i don't do 20 milersi did 14 for snod and vlm is a lot easier

JD i missed it this year ,but done it 3 times its a great way of running 20 miles with company,better than just the three of us

JD until i can get this injury of mine cured its no point me chasing times ,if painfree it would be sub 3 but as noones got a clue whats wrong thats never going to happen
