if you think snowdonia is tough have a go at the cornish marathon on 18th nov on bodmin moor you get to pass jamaica inn at 16 miles i won vet 40 and v45 awards therebloomin cold that time of yr

Still no!
4.15m done to loosen up legs for stretching. Certainly helped, but downhills were tricky....
Beef baked in spicy yoghurt, wg basmati rice and tarka dhal. The dhal has got double ginger and turmeric in- both are anti- inflammatories

SD- Gloucester is a bit bumpy, but nothing major. It's also loops and you have to collect bands each time round
