JD i just emailed them as thier email and entry form states 25th,but if they moved it frees up ras y mast,but then it clashes with west glams and the drovers run

Seems everyone enjoyed Snowdon. Feeling bit better about tv coverage now. Wouldn't alter a thing about the race.
May give Tregaron a go. We will see.

Legs aren't too bad. Easing up as the day progresses. Will try a little run tomorrow.

I have been meaning to revisit Tregaron for a few years. Done it twice. Freezing both times. Ran one time with my hand down my shorts to stop my tackle freezing off.

Tregaron is long way but is a great race,and yes it can get cold up therebut the cawl after is nice

MM i know ras & pembrey clash but on rowalnds they don,t but the organisers of pembs confirmed they do,also on the 18th is drovers runyou will miss this weeks race then
i remember me & glyn doing a 20 mile run one january using the tregaron coarse as part of it was so cold the sweat on our hats froze
MM61 i am back on the 16 th so will probably go and have a jog with the west glam gang its down on the Gower and is supposed to be a nice course
MM so i shall do the otheraint it west glams this week tooyou could do it on route to airport
