AFTERNOON MM just got sent a pic from the lady we stay with in llanberris the roads have got a nice dusting,guess we got lucky last week
roast beef dins just consumed
no snow here, but plenty of rain! 10.03m of mixed slow running and even slower wading through puddles and mud
Chicken breast, spring onions and peppers cooked in a pineapple sauce with Thai spices, served on a bed of basmati rice
I am still to go .... Brrrrrrr !
I am surprised it was so little !
(I think though I will have done about 35 ish)
Anyway, have you looked at the marathon photo thing for Snod. If you select to download you can pay an extra fiver for some 'premium' shots. They are about four pathetic start shots including one where someone is having a piss at the side of the start line !

It was a bit grim out there for running today. Sounds worse than when you get out though!

Evening ... 8 miles with a few half mile efforts uphill as I did several exciting laps of an industrial estate. Blimmin cold out there, and wet.

bought to pairs of brooks trainers friday night 9pm had them 6am this morning,cracking in serviceeven better they were half price
