Jason, have you not heard of the "Garlic Bread Fish" ?

7m tonight, with a spot of fartlek thrown in. Feeling good for once, in fact two days in a row. I might be about to regain the form I had last Jan/FebMar ? (fingers crossed).

Evening all

Good news about shoes MM61.

Even better news WA.  Everything crossed for you.

Mackerel, jacket potato and salad.  Yogurt

Legs feel fine but still a bit tired after Snowdon.  Seems a distant memory now...

Had enough now
Alex- good news, but don't rush back to speedy stuff too soon after Snod. It's a long winter ahead!
05/11/2012 at 22:20

I think winter has started early. I don't recall such a chill in the air so early on.

Jason, I so undersold myself in Snod I don't think it matters. Still, happy, if I can get back to blasting about I might still be able to put my midlife on hold. If all else fails I can always buy a motorbike.
