Legs seem to be recovering nicely 4.01m tempo run on the track (mainly for floodlights!) for me tonight in 23.51 (5.57av) and 2.01m warm down in 13.54 (6.55 av)

so i been told by a mate of mine spectating on the coarse,i got no proof mind but he wouldn't say it if weren't trueplus other runners comitted how fresh and fast he was on the downhill between 5m and 9 mile they can't all be liying
