FB - Port Talbot harriers cater for all runners.  Think they meet up tonight at Bagle Brook about 6.30 and on a Thursday.  Good luck

There is also run4all who are more aimed at beginners. Have a look on Facebook for them.

Oh dear JD. Sometimes the bruising from a fall takes  a while to appear.  The adrenalin kicks in at first.  When I was hit by a cyclist and head butted a bench, I carried on with speed work!

Milder out tonight.

Glad you are feeling better MM61.

MM61 - it could only happen to me.  I had some funny looks when I said what happened.  Looked as if I had been hit over the head with a baseball bat!!

Lots going on this weekend then.

JD - give racing a miss or just do it for a laugh. You have had  a good year.

Turkey chilli with brown rice.  Yogurt.
