JD  good going no your not biased!!!!!!! the money they make the could easily have top 3 40's and atleast top3 50's then 60's and above just the 1 these awrads bought in bulk only cost £2 to £3 max so they still make aprofit
the only thing that really bugs me is in some races a vet wins it he gets the win and a vet place
i remember doing the magic roundabout 10k in hay on wye i came 4th and got bugger all
as the 1st 3 were all vet so the all had a place,followed by a vets place so they got 6 awards between them and the rest of the field bugger all,not even a bottle of water for finishing

got to stop drinking i tend to rant on to much

Morning funny i did not sleep well either, was foggy and frosty so decided to give west glam a miss and just done a gentle 6 miler now relaxing 1st sunday at home for 5 weeks,may go to the cinema later to see Bond

I SLEPT WELL THE RAKI PUT ME TO SLEEP FOR 3 HRS ON SEETEEwoke up 12am then into bed for another 7 hrs

drovers run done icy and very muddy very hilly for 2 miles then left the road for the muddy section

bagged 2nd vet thought i had 1st vet but as he came 2nd overall not too put out

my splits  7.09,10.12,8.28,7.39,6.45,5.35,0.07

followed by sunday roast down my eldest son's

down side on the very quick last mile my hamstring caved in so its back to more ice

JD  the hammy been tight for months the last mile was too fast for it to cope with
see how it is in a day or 2 then more massage on it ,very hilly for 3 miles then a underlating muddy 2 miles then a steep downhill finish
you better rest up to you been racing alot lately
