7.01m at a nice and easy 7.36 av. Change from the normal route to one with street lights all the way

Pasta with a sauce made by melting some Tesco very low fat garlic and herb soft cheese mashed up with Tesco piri-piri mackerel fillets into the pasta with a bag of rocket wilted through. You wouldn't believe how good this simple dish tastes! I didn't and now I'm hooked on it! Glass of red tonight too

MM61- hope you feel better, matey....

23/11/2012 at 19:54

JD nice going

yes feel good no pain the only downful with my run i had to keep my stride very short
could not risk over streching hamstring as it does hurt then

23/11/2012 at 20:22
MM61- I'm not going to bother saying it again, but you know what to do....

Morning all

Nothing like a morning track session to blow away the cobwebs 1m warm up, 5k with 20 secs recovery after mile 1 and mile 2 (hard and hurt!) and 1 m warm down. 5k was in 17.33- happy I could have held that in a race, which would have given me a shiny new PB Breakfast now!

24/11/2012 at 11:07

JD you best get down to Cardiff next Sat and get that PB mate
