Well done MM61.

Thanks MM.  It was a close shave.  I fell over with less than a mile to go and was overtaken by Shan only to pass her and finish with a few seconds to spare!!!  Didn't wear a watch but think I was 67 mins today . £50 and a trophy.

Mother and aunt arrived shortly after I got home.  Had made bacon and corn flan which we had with salad and warm bread rolls followed by strawberries, Greek yogurt and honey.  May go for a swim to stretch out

getting a tad disgruntled with running injury after injury is wearing me down,and the crappy times i'm running starting to wonder if its worth it anymore

MM i agree i thought i would cope yesterday nut i soon realised how wrong i was,did you see results on sarn page,atleast i stopped you scalping me as i admit to you for 5 miles your dangerous anything longer for some unkown reason you runs out of gas
but will admit when following you yesterday you did look good
