NR not glum just felt really tired running,probably should have had a rest day
Sunny down here but the forecast is for a cold month....
MM - as you'll have gathered I was very (very) fortunate to get one of the club places so need to do the club proud! Mileage is increasing slowly but should have fitness back mid/end dec ready for marathon training programme.

Great news S3tjj I am really looking forward to VLM next year,not just the marathon but the whole weekend is such a great atmosphere! Are you going up with the club or making your own plans? we are doing our own thing and staying in Greenwich again

MM61 every race is a big one for me got 4 coming up anyway three Christmas week and maybe Aber on Sunday.
Not even started shopping yet,will give it a go next week,some on line some in the shops......
