Evening all

How's the cold JD?  Hopefully the curry will kill it off for you.

S3 - good luck with the marathon training.

MM - hope you will enjoy your running again soon.  Why so glum?

MM61 - grass is always greener on the other side

NR not glum just felt really tired running, probably should have had a rest day

Sunny down here but the forecast is for a cold month....

04/12/2012 at 14:16

MM - as you'll have gathered I was very (very) fortunate to get one of the club places so need to do the club proud! Mileage is increasing slowly but should have fitness back mid/end dec ready for marathon training programme.

NR - thanks for support

Ps keep on with the stretches- hamstrings, piriformis and glutes
04/12/2012 at 21:26

Evening all

Was wintry out tonight.

I discovered stretching a number of years ago.  Every morning I do my ten stretches to keep any aches at bay!

04/12/2012 at 21:29
NR- I always stretch out after every run. Need to get in the habit of doing some extra sessions a couple of times a week. Also need to do some core work, some form drills, some weights etc etc etc !!!
