Afternoon,from a chilly Carmarthen i love this weather but its a bit dodgy for running especially at night.. Getting wet and windy at the weekend so back to normal i suppose.....

just back from the chiro clinic and we both agreed he's done all he can for me,so unless anyone else can sort it then it looks like i'm stuck with it and destained to spend the rest of my running days in pain and running crappy timesso decided to try more treatment with someone i been reccomend in blackwood but going to wait till after my holls,also decided to carry on running as running crap in my oppinion is better than not runningi know alot of you will say i'm wrong but its my life & i will live it as i want
MM yes been for a run today 3 miles 1st outing for 2 weeks went up cilfyndd mountain very icy it was minus 2% when i got out of car not that its any of your buisnesswhen are you running next,been a good day for me my customers love me
