MM 61 - lucky you.  Its a bit grim here so some sunshine will be great.

Training twice a day here.  Love it too. Work just gets in the way!

no running down here been entertaining family,and was Dads 91 st birthday,so helped him down some Rioja Hope i can still put it away like he can,if i reach that age..

Very rough outside now,forecast is not much better

5 miler this morning in the dark, rain and wind but glad i made the effort,got to get used to it if i am to train for a marathon....

As we approach the end of 2012, I see that I will be around 100m down on last year, but that's ok after missing a lot of training in April and May.
6.5m recovery run in monsoon conditions here! Unbelievable how quickly the road was transformed into a river!

MM thats something i'm well used too just finished off stripping the turkey still got 2 huge dinner plates full so i could be more turkey curry tonight,as our race is 1pm i just put 8 cans of guinness and 2 bottles of white wine in fridge for later,i may crack open a merlot also

All my turkey has been converted into soup and frozen, and the carcass boiled up for some fab stock. Last of the Xmas honey roast ham just polished off in a stir fry We are having a curry buffet on New Years Day (low fat ones of course). Think I have put on another pound this week, if not 2. Oh well, it will soon go

As for a soaking- I'm doing 17 tomorrow
