Well done your race MM61 ,your time was ok considering you have not done any road races for a while. Despite my poor time i am fairly happy as i paced myself well and am sure i can get a bit quicker next year.,speaking of which yes i am racing New years day

Cheers JD this week was 25 miles,my week starts on a sunday.
not many races planned in Jan and Feb anyway but i will get a few under my belt,will do my long one on Sat if theres a race.
JD have you put the fear of god into MM never seen him so disciplined,but all weeks start on a monday so is 1st day of the week is a lsr & for everyone else its a rest dayi couldn't stretch it much it was too tight but gave it a hammering with the roller i know where the knots are but they refuse to go,i may be wrong but surely rest alone will never get rid of the knots
MM thanks for trying to soften the blow but my time was crap,but i did loose a small amount of time on the flooded section them 2 miles was 30 secs slower than the restno good pacing yourself in a 5 mile race its run as fast as you can but aslong as you happy i wont keep on ,but my time was still crap so was my legtried a warm down after but it was not having it
just finish my cans left from last night 2nd bottle of wine just started
JD the prog i had of shan allowed me to add on miles b4 & after a race,in my 10m races i did 4m b4 and 4m after ,tregaron i did 3m b4 & 2m after

you got to get rid of the enjoyment and make him push himself to the limit good luck with that i've tried for 5 yrs and failed,you also got to get it into him the need to warm up and cool down he won't listen to me so good luck with that aswelland i have told him the week starts on monday i will have to get shans schedule out incase he gets too good
JD i was till today as you say he don't like pain just enjoymentbut will keep an eye on his progress can't wait till his 20 milers start not seen him do 1 yet other than a race
