MM yes i'm full of c..p your full of empty promises i would love you to prove me wrong your a great runner but when the push comes to shove you got no heart and i've said it to your face many times ,now prove me wrong i'm man enough to eat my words
i allways said your capabile of doing my times only you know why you can't or wont

JD let him bite you train him i will taunt between us we will get the best out of him

another drenching in work but according to the forcast should be my lastonly 3 shifts left its suitcase time

tomorrows race a doubt my back & hammy very bad but will still go to event even if i cant race

MM61- What event? Enjoy this evening

Just missed the rain for another 5m recovery run! Which brings 2012 to a close for me! So thought I should have a look back at the year- My best so far

My Running Year 2012:

3318.83 m in 434:38:35 (7.53 av)

PBs at 5k, 10k, 10m, HM and mara.

Ran my first ultra in January- won the second one in March and ranked 17th for 50k on Power of 10

Here's to 2013!!!! Happy New Year Everyone!! XXX

JD i love the race its the summer 10k coarse but you go clockwise i think you said you did the summer 1 if correct anticlockwise,yes it is a bumpy ride but last 1k all down hill
my plan is to go there if i can do a mile warm up comfortably then i shall if not shall stay and chat to the lads i new them b4 my sarn days
