evening

well i'm well and truly bladdered been on the ale and vaRIOUS OTHER STUFF ALL DAY

hereford 10k which turned into 6.40 miles 42.21 the cdoarse was changed twice very late as it was flooded so for 10k i got 40 mins so i will take that

Good to catch up with MM and JD today.  Lots of others too.  Got 1st lady and really enjoyed the race

MM61- I only ran it as a tempo run- much easier than running 5m on the track on my tod! Added another mile to make up the difference. It was a good morning- unfortunately, MM led me to believe it was a flat and fast course - NOT! And there were 3 lakes to wade through! All in all - great fun! Alex was running very well too

JD yes these lakes are playing havoc the 10k coarse today was a nightmare but i felt good for a change

Leisure centre- Bancyfelin and back, Clever Clogs The last 5m are supposed to be around 6.45 and the rest starting around 7.30
