12.01m for me today, followed by a warm down of just over a mile. Ran the 12 just a little faster than normal, but it all felt comfortable- must be progress! 12.01m in 1.22.51 Splits: 7:13 7:18 7:14 7:10 7:03 7:04 6:42 6:41 6:39 6:38 6:34 6:30. Happy days.....

yep i can't wait i will take my daps but will decide out there whether to jog or not,but it won't be much,my peskie hip is playing up going to get another massuer to have a butchers when i get home

MM61 - have a fab time.  Go with the flow and enjoy the sunshine.

MM - I will be doing Corus, Llanelli half, Rhayader, FoD half and anything else that comes along.  Llanelli marathon.

JD - what mileage are you hoping to reach in your peak week?

we are going down monday dinner hour to gatwick staying in the cambrige then flying 10 am tuesday get on friday 18th staying another night in cambridge hotel home saturday 19th

just back from the club pay our membership dues ended up having 5 pints where's the day gone now on the vino
