Evening all

I like curry and make my own.  Not much fat in them at all

Turkey with steamed veg and noodles.  No alcohol for me for 18 months

Nice relaxing start and end to your holiday MM61.

Yes JD.  Good base to start marathon training later in February.   Will have done about 57 miles this week

AFTERNOON

 NR  yes just a loosener for my hollscold here

MM yes got time for another jog as i'm my own man (coach ) i will decide that,so yes i've runwhat your schedule for today

last cold run done next time it will be 27% degrees

5.24 cold miles done

suitcase packed inc my daps

next up rui karamboa on boa vista cape verde islands will want for nowt

Other good news= 2.2 lbs weight loss this week and 100.74m run for the week. My first 3 figure week for a few months

JD fair bit of mileage again well done buddie100 miles

MM nice running buddie does this means if i come down and train with you ,you will run the full length instead of me doing some on my own,you well known to run less than me on the long runs
