Not much to report here- 2 recovery runs for around 13m today. Back to work so running in the dark... Sports massage to follow and Buffalo wings, pitta bread and red pepper houmous to eat

Started a new job today.  Lots to learn.  3 hours of tuition after work too and a short run. Slightly tired

MM - I work as an accountant on one of the projects at the uni.  I tutor accountancy degree students privately.  I have got a sports massage on Sunday too.

It was a lovely day today

Good running JD. The race in Cross Hands sounds like it will be a good one.  Pretty central to us all

Recovery day today, so just a couple of 6.5m easy runs today. Pumpkin curry and rice. I seem to be at number 1 position on the Fetch mileage league at the moment - lol!
