Great running again JD.  I seem to have lost my mojo this week a bit.

Morning JD

Didn't realise it started today.  Good luck.

Looks like this thread is just us two now!

NR- only a trial today, but it was great! 20 runners, scenic course- not a PB course, but not suicidal either! Cafe right on the finish line with good coffee- cake looked even better, but I was good
Plan now is to keep it going every Saturday, and hopefully officially launch end Feb/early March.
Perfect for me- finished, had coffee and back running on home turf by 10.30

Evening

I am still here, JD sounds like Park run went well, hope to be there soon

Cardiff shopping today with family actually quite enjoyed, but would not want to do it too often Very wet as we left Cardiff with some snow flakes lets hope it stays away from here as its almost freezing now.

JD - sounds good.  May come along one day soon.

MM - shopping, best done as infrequently as possible....

Short run for me tonight, hat and gloves to protect against the wind.

Salmon, steamed veg and pasta

NR- it was good- best thing from your point of view is that it's 10 mins off the motorway you would never think so though Food sounds predictable but good
Chilli was great

Morning

JD decided to skip the race and do a longish run instead, 11 hilly miles ,beginning to feel a bit stronger too Enjoy your 20 miler

NR have a good one too,

MM- well done on focusing on the training- I'm proud of you- and MM61 will be getting worried Nice running too

I just had the best possible combination- my easiest 20m training run and one of my fastest- found myself looking at my watch in disbelief in the final miles as I rolled along effortlessly (ok on a bit of a downhill) at 6.3x pace  lol! 20.01m in 2.18.39 (6.56av) splits: 7:31 7:25 7:26 7:19 7:15 7:12 7:11 7:14 7:07 7:06 6:50 6:47 6:40 6:39 6:31 6:34 6:38 6:32 6:27 6:13 2

Some good running by you both.

Got first lady today in the Corus lake race.  31.29 for just over 5 miles.  Perfect day for it. Did another 7.5 tonight.  Legs okay so I obviously didn't try hard enough today!

13/01/2013 at 20:54
NR- well done yet again!! Don't know about trying hard enough- sounds like job done to me!
14/01/2013 at 19:23
