Cardiff shopping today with family actually quite enjoyed,but would not want to do it too often Very wet as we left Cardiff with some snow flakes lets hope it stays away from here as its almost freezing now.

Got first lady today in the Corus lake race. 31.29 for just over 5 miles. Perfect day for it. Did another 7.5 tonight. Legs okay so I obviously didn't try hard enough today!
Just popped in to clear away the tumbleweed
2 recovery runs today for 13.13m and managed to dodge the weather both times
