CG3 - you should run with Port Talbot Harriers on a Tuesday.  Some of them meet on a Sunday for a long run too.

Cold day but enjoyed my run this evening as I wrapped up warm!

cg3- Hi!

No internet connection yesterday, but managed to run! Best of both worlds- made a big snowman in my garden with my boy, then discovered that only 2 miles away the roads were snow free! 14m in 1.37.08 (6.56 av) followed by 1m warm down

21 miles in 4 hrs 15 mins ,but slow for the pt harriers I think lol.

cg3 the port talbot harriers are not all speed merchants, they are all different abilities and a very friendly bunch too, dont be worried about approaching them. They also have a Facebook page
