Griff- think it's just a case of fitting in what you can when you can! Clearly, you can't run a regular schedule with such an irregular shift pattern
MM61- any running from you yet?

JD - well done on your rescue today.  Must have been quite a shock.

MM61 - its pretty bleak up there with you.  Hang on in there.

Griffoson - just get out when you can.  any running is better than no running...

I did 5 miles across the beach today.  The snow and wind were quite nasty and it was a bit dodgy underfoot.  I have my graduation tomorrow so hope it clears up pretty quick

MM- I'll be round to lend you the Yaktrax
NR- more of a shock to him, I think good luck with the graduation
Griff- that's the way!

Snow has melted here but its cold again.  Ran along the beach this morning and it was a bit nippy!!  Not as cold as with you MM61.

Chicken and bacon smothered with cheese and a barbecue sauce, rosemary roast potatoes and salad (celebratory meal in pub) homemade coffee cake

Well done all on your running in this weather.

MM61 - its been raining here like there's no tomorrow. Hope it reaches you soon. Moving from Merthyr may be a wise move
