my 12 hr shift pattern, week 1, Wednesday Thursday Friday nights , off sat sun Mon
Week 2, tues wed Thur Fri days , off sat
Week 3 sun Mon tues nights off wed thurs Fri
Week 4 sat sun Mon days
Then I get 8 days off
What kind of training plan can I do for that shift pattern,
