the worst day for weather last night yes the rains arrived around 11pm but when got up at 3am it was freezing solid had to wear spikes in work it was the only way to stay upright

well was having a nibht on the town but pouring down now ontop of snow and ice guaranteed to fall so we decided to stay in i know boring old farts
so its lamb madras with a little tipple vino to kick off with
wanted to do lliswerry 8 tomorrow but club want me @ team pursuits gawd knows why i aint in the 1st team and my presence won't make the slightest difference
so may see some of you trots boys int morn but i aint going to race it just a 7 mile jog for me
JD if i feel ok i may do some with you but it will have to be slow
got 1 hell of a storm kicking off here thunder lighting and now hail

Got an LSR planned for tomorrow. Hoping to do 15/16. Will take this weeks mileage up around 65.
MM61 - bad news on the weather. It was drier here earlier but is chucking it down now.
Met some friends for a meal. Had slow cooked beef with cabbage and roast potatoes
JD 7.30 sounds good will see how i feel after race but will do some b4 with you

just back from the team pursuits race and a crap run walk crawl it was serves me right if you gonna drink yourself silly and not train thats exactly what you get in return

really enjoyed today,despite not wanting to go,definately feeling stronger at the end of the race which has not happened for a while.....hope it continues to get better
