500 m swim for me this morning. Didn't run as far as I had planned due to weather but still 57 miles this week
today was gonna be the start of yet another comeback but blowing a gale and lashing down so yet another rest day grr!!!!!!!!!!

GN excellant running in this misserable weathercracking wieght loss too,i done blackpool marathon twice the coarse i did was a cracker but very windy started at the hilton ran down to st annes and back viathe golden mile then upto fleetwood and back on costal path i do believe the coarse as changed now

News re Parkrun Llyn Llech Owain - official live date MARCH 23RD. Also, Jo Sinton Hewitt of Parkrun is coming to Carmarthen to speak with the volunteers, answer any questions and show the equipment they use on Wed MARCH 6TH at 5:30pm. We need as many volunteers as possible ( even if only volunteer every 3 months). venue TBC and should only take 1 hr! let us know if keen!
