Evening all

Sounds like you all enjoyed today.  What was the weather like?  We had hail and a bit of a thunder storm this morning.  More hail this evening.

Glad you have rediscovered your mojo MM.

Well done on your win MM61.

500 m swim for me this morning.  Didn't run as far as I had planned due to weather but still 57 miles this week

Well done GN.  Can't be easy training around your shifts.

A wet and windy run followed by a swim for me.  Turkey, noodles and veg for tea

MM61 - pretty grim weather so don't worry.  I expect you got wet enough doing your rounds earlier today.
