Well done Griffoson.

Lovely day today. Swam 500m this morning and ran 15 miles tonight. Did 12 miles in the light which was great

Salmon with mushroom risotto. Grapefruit with honey to start and a yogurt afterwards

Nice weekend for me,club dinner last nite,vet50 champion 2nd year on the trot,followed by nice food and wine.Up early this morning and a hilly 15 miler in 2hr02,found it hard to keep going at 11 but by 13 was going good again

GN - you seem to have the running bug big time!!

Did Kenfig cross country race today. Was a bit misty, very muddy but a good laugh. My shoe lace came undone so I could third lady. Lovely friendly race and quite a tricky 6k across sand and field.

Had beef cooked dinner with parents earlier.

Evening all!

Sorry for my absence, but I haven't run at all since Friday except for a brief Parkrun cos I found out on Friday afternoon that I had an interview at 10 am THIS MORNING including a presentation and a panel interview! Pretty much took care of my weekend! Think it went well, but won't hear for a couple of days. Will read back, but only got about 3 hours sleep last night!....
