Just got back in done a 13 miler 2 hrs 15 mins,feet up now lol,JD hope you get the job good luck,NR seams to be going ok hard work but enjoyable speak later chaps ????

Evening all

Bad news about more snow MM61. Its really cold here but luckily only rain.

7.6 mile run and 500 m swim. Haddock, sweet potato and salad.

NR foot seems a bit better today,so will hopefully make the start of Tregaron,but will not try to do the Gwents aswell Ginger and garlic are good and very healthy too
