NR no more snow

MM wise move 2 races back to back is asking for trouble,just do the half and 3 miles extra

AFTERNOON

NR boiler is now working but it was10 dedrees in the house earlier you could see your breath in the bathroom

MM glad your enjoying being part time & i'm glad your training as settled down to its normal pattern

GN  i loved that the last time i did that was 1999 but it was in june then if you use the coastal path like i did it can get very windy

Evening Had a nice 3 mile walk tonite with a little run here and there to test the foot and i think it will be ok for the Tregaron half on Sunday.....weathers not looking good though/

Well done on your training GN.  Never run Blackpool.  Doing Llanelli marathon in April which will be number 14

MM - hope you will be okay to race.  Whats the forecast?  I have got an 18 mile run planned for tomorrow.

Evening all
Did the Parkrun this morning to take me to around 8m for the week!! Tregaron half tomorrow and my legs don't feel fresh and rested- they are stiff and achy! How come??????

JD - do you have sports massage at all?  Try one, they are invaluable.

NR- regular sports massage. I think my legs have just seized up with the shock of going from multiple 100m weeks to non running! Lol! Great running by you too!!!
