Well done MM61

Tregaron was awful today! A week off and I siezed up! I woke up with a stiff back and glutes- thought I had loosened them up, but came back to haunt me at 9m- just about the point that the race goes off road along a potholed and flooded railway track! Turned into survival from then on and hobbled in. Getting 3rd vet was small consolation..... Still, back to proper training tomorrow

Evening all

JD - bad news about race.  It happens sometimes.  You will survive. Well done on 3rd vet.

MM61 - sounds like a race from hell.  I would have definitely fallen and broken a limb!!

Short recovery run for me today.  Went to Chinese fayre in Maritime museum and mother and aunt called round for tea.  Home made corned beef pie, salad followed by jelly and angel delight

Great running GN.
