8m slow rather than planned 10 today- glutes much better after stretching and running- but quads suffering after Sunday's mashing! LOL!

NR had alot of snow today but been raining since 4pm so it will be soon gone

P1 dubai thats sounds great snow here today has for the training unless you slowed down i wont keep up i been struggleing for a yr now with my hip and hamstring

got 6 miles done in the wet snow and pouring rain had to go then as no time thursday

Pollock they call that fish after me i believe,COLIN lol

MM61- pollock is good- member of the cod family, but sustainable and cheap! If you buy "white fish fillets" chances are it's pollock Tesco Everyday Value frozen for example- you can bake it, grill it or microwave it

6.5m recovery for me this morning before a 15m run tonight in rain that was so cold it was impossible to believe it wasn't faling as snow. Guess who made the decision to run in shorts- BAD one! Got it sorted, but legs were very heavy still after Sunday's hilly race so couldn't run the last section as fast as I planned- that and the fact i couldn't feel anything below the waist and I was uncontroallably drooling because I had lost the use of my face muscles through the cold Still, all MILES IN THE BANK

Rest day for me.  Knee is very sore.....

hope your knee heals quickly NR my Achilles was winding me up i think agony Monday,strapped. It up and run a 14 miler. Tuesday no pain now uncanny lol

THanks GN.  Wore a knee support on Saturday and ran 17 miles which was okay.  A bit of a rest and it should be okay.
