Morning ,lovely down here in Carmarthen

11 miler for me in the rain last night,starting to feel a bit stronger and the distances are not so daunting..

NR hope your knee gets better soon may see at the West Glams.

MORNING

snow gone,rain gone,and the sun has got his hat on

JD they got smoked pollack in farm foods ,i love smoked fish so i shall give it a try
nice run too

NR spring weather here the white stuff as gone ,take care of your knee hopefully it will fine by weekend

GN food was lush

MM nice running how was the weather,i had heavy rain and the surface was all slushare you doing west glams

MM61 the weather was awful,but if you wait for good weather in this country you will never get out,and the way i see it if we can train in crap weather then racing on a nice day should be easier.

Afternoon all

6.5m done as the dawn was breaking this morning- lovely morning for it! Similar run coming up in a mo- in sunshine!

MM- nice running!
MM61- never had smoked pollack.it's got quite a mild flavour, would imagine smoking would overpower it-??
Anyone else doing Llanelli 10m this Sunday and/ or LLO Parkrun Saturday?
