Not posted on here for yonks!! finishing work early today and going to run in the dry for once.
Everyone seems to be running well and braving all weathers - well done all. hopefully that's the last of the snow??
NR - look after that knee. Easy running/rest and some soft tissue massage sorted mine out last year. You may have bruised the bone though? That could take a few weeks to completely heal.
MM/JD - definitely hope to be doing the parkruns in LLO soon...busy tomorrow but definitely the weekend after west glam.
Running has been up and down for me this year - had some minor health issues recently which have affected my ability to race...hopefully medication will sort everything and for now I'm just enjoying the steady pace 4-5 milers. (better than no running at all)....also every cloud has a silver lining as they say & had some good news today, so feel happier....spring is round the corner too
Have a good weekend all.
