Mm61- mr T is on track to do well
Don't know what happened this evening- ran a very easy 4m recovery run and had to keep forcing myself to slow down! Ended up running 30 secs per mile faster than usual for same effort... Nice though

Great news about Park Run.  Will come over one day soon.

JD - running is like that. Sometimes when you don't put pressure on yourself, you run better.

Nice day today too.  Spring has sprung

Finding it hard to feel the love for footie these days tbh, lads. No continuity AT ALL any more. Players, managers totally interchangeable. Afraid football is in danger of eating itself......

Well today didn't go to plan for me! Ran the first 10 as planned, but the gale force headwind from 7-10m saw me fighting to get back to the start in time- lol! Wasn't happy realising that i would have to face this again!! Got back to start, but no time for drink before the off. Had a drink at 13m- in hindsight too much and was promptly sick for the next mile or so, prompting 2 stops. this along with the wind made me decide to ditch the mp effort and just run it easily. Still miles in the bank! 20.01m in 2.21.20 (7.03  av)

Mm61- but he knows that he has got a recovery week after that
Veggies in oyster and chilli sauce- no rice or noodles. Since I gave up potatoes, pasta and rice the weight is dropping off at an amazing rate- and that's just the last 4 days

Some excellent running today guys fair play.

Evening all

Well done all of you who did Llanelli 10 today.  It would have been breezy!

JD - some days you just have to go with the flow.  Still a great time for 20 miles.

Only a short one for me today as my knee is a bit sore.  On the mend though

18/02/2013 at 14:12

Well done all for some excellent running over the weekend  And the sun was shining!!

Excellent races in Llanelli yesterday - well done all. Had entered it, but didnt go as I'm sticking to slow, easy runs for the moment until I'm 100% again. Having said that, stepped up the pace yesterday and did 5 miles, including 3 in 21.00, so getting some old speed back

NR - hope the knee continues to improve.

JD - still excellent running despite being unwell during the race - well done for sticking with it and getting the 20 miles in.

Looking forward to the West Glam Sunday...week of dry weather forecast, so it may be a dry run for once!

Anyone have any info about the proposed Parkrun in Porthcawl?? Llwyn Lech Owain in my diary for Saturday 2nd March too

Have a good week all.
