MM61 - can't imagine you on a spin bike They do it at my gym, but I prefer to do my own thing. Good you can encourage each other though.
Very cold out today - wind was biting. Did 5 miles at lunchtime around Clyne valley. Gym this eveningm then we're opening a nice bottle of red

LTS yes i do look odd and suprisingly unfit on a spin bike but its slowly being introduced as part of my running programme but not on the same day as i did yesterdayexcellant going on your 5 miles in this weather,enjoy the gym and the bottle of redyou more than earned iti've not set foot outdoors today and thats the way it stays

I haven't run much this week either. Knee bad on one leg and other leg pretty useless. Cross country will be interesting.
