Hi all,

MM61 - can't imagine you on a spin bike  They do it at my gym, but I prefer to do my own thing. Good you can encourage each other though.

Very cold out today - wind was biting. Did 5 miles at lunchtime around Clyne valley. Gym this eveningm then we're opening a nice bottle of red

NR - hope your knee is ok?

Have a good weekend all.

22/02/2013 at 14:14

22/02/2013 at 14:48

GN thanks buddie

LTS yes i do look odd and suprisingly unfit on a spin bike but its slowly being introduced as part of my running programme but not on the same day as i did yesterday
excellant going on your 5 miles in this weather, enjoy the gym and the bottle of red
you more than earned it
i've not set foot outdoors today and thats the way it stays

Evening all

Lovely day here but cold today.

Good luck for the race tomorrow MM61.

Gnoll Cross Country tomorrow.  Supposed to be a nice day for it.

Excellent training GN.  Are you doing any local races?

23/02/2013 at 19:35
Hi guys- back from the dead again!! I ran our local bumpy trail parkrun in a comfortable 20.08 today, but apart from a recovery run on Monday followed by a sports massage that has been it! This happens EVERY February- work just gets so hectic at this time of year hat running has to take a back seat. Might well have to reassess my target for VLM, but hey- ho.... The bonus is that the job lets me train like a demon for autumn maras will read back later, everyone.....
Good to see Mr and Mrs MM today

JD - sometimes life gets in the way. I am sure you will be fine.  Snowdon will be a good one.  Look forward to catching up over tea in Pete's Eats!

I haven't run much this week either.  Knee bad on one leg and other leg pretty  useless.  Cross country will be interesting.
