Well done GN. Have you joined a running club yet? Cross country in Margam Park this weekend which isn't far from you.
Griff - I think PTH would be chuffed if you joined them - go for it!
NR - hope you are feeling better. Hopefully we can catch up next week?
Rest day for me today - feeling very tired. Cold is on the way out, but it's amazing how it can knock the energy from you.
WA - how are you these days? Hope the family are all well.
..Nearly the end of the week
Thats more like it this forum is getting interesting again keep this old site going lads and lasses
oh yes and excellant effort by everyone again
Rest up LTS and listen to your body. Don't forget all the other things going on in your life too.
GN - thats great. PTH are a fab club.
MM61 - what's happening in sunny Merthyr?
JD - More like 'chilled wine; with me.. I'd like to try the parkrun on the 23rd March. I have a barcode for the Cardiff parkrun - will I need a new one to sign up to the LLO parkrun? ...Looking forward to it.
Feel rubbish today - toally overindulged yesterday - ate a 3 course meal and drank too much wine. Self inflicted I know! Lots of exercise planned over the weekend, so no more excess for me.
NR - how are you feeling now?
