NR the knee don't stop me running but really hurts if i press the inside of the knee,& it allways hurts walking in work don't know whats going on so going to give 3days rest ice & heat

GN i'm trying to rest it but as you know with our marathons looming its not easygood running too its lovely when its done do you agree
GN thats fine whats the date of your mararhon ,normaly the week b4 i either take a full week of but i.m a postie so legs still getting used,but i sometimes do 5 easy miles on the tuesday you don't need to do much more rest is more important hope this is of help
GN don't bother doing anything much next you will not gain anything now all the best mate
These light evenings are great and next week will be even lighter.

Really enjoyed my run this evening. Did about 5.5 and seemed to be flying along!!

Morning - what a lovely day. This is apparently set in for the next 8 days
Little run at lunchtime planned - only time for 4-5 miles.
Plenty of walking and running planned over Easter, and will hopefully see MM and JD at the parkrun on Saturday.

Morning yep its a lovely day out there,not quite so cold i think.Sounds like everyones training is going ok, NR glad your back running,these niggles are a pest but we do put our bodies through a lot with this running game. Griff enjoy the taper,thats the best part.
LTS yes see you Saturday,me and Mrs MM are marshalling and i will be taking a few photos too
As for the weekend,looking forward to seeing my son whos coming back from uni,and of course seeing MM61 and JD perform well in the Teifi 10,hoping to get under 70 mins myself
