Griff - have a safe journey up North! Hope you had a good relaxing day

MM61 - glad magic hands worked his magic as usual.

JD - I expect to be eating similar in 10 days time. Finding it a bit cold for salad here at the moment....craving stodge!

Not had a very good 24 hours - bit chaotic/stressful. Have 2 house viewings tomorrow am so cant make the parkrun yet again - I'm getting annoyed now! Managed a quick 4miler at lunchtime today.

Have a good weekend all!

LTS- hope he viewings go well. No cravings here! But then again I had first pavk of pork scratchings for years yesterday Who needs grains?
Lunch today was avocado, red onion and tomato salad with mackerel. Tonight it will be pork chop with loads of mashed parsnips, carrots and broccoli AND a sweet potato- faster parkrun tomorrow
