Morning all. It felt milder today - will be running in shorts and a vest soon.

Well, we're off in 2 days time & I wont be on the Internet after today until May  Wishing you all the best for April events and training - and for those doing the marathon - have a great race! I hope you all come out the other side niggle free too.

NR - great to see you back running well & enjoying it again.

MM61 - How's the knee? Loch Ness seems a bit far for a marathon - bet it's one of the most scenic in Europe though.

5.5 miles along Clydach canal last night, and 6 miles steady planned today, including 2 x 1mile fast. Last training session tomorrow, then 2-3 days of much needed rest.

Why is it always a mad rush packing for holiday?? My Husband is a 100% hyperchondriac so the bloomin' first aid kit and sun lotion takes up half my suitcase!

Looking forward to hearing all the post marathon stories on my return.
