Knew it was going to be tough today frommy pounding HR in the warm up-- and it was! Not an easy course and still recovering from the mara no doubt, but only 7 seconds quicker today than I was in Llyn Llech Owain trail parkrun 2 weeks before London! Severe case of CBA after 2m... Lol! Still, a good day as my boy ran his first run in the Y1 funrun I made my time 18.54
JD well done buddie don't be to hard on yourself still got the marathon in those legs
cwrtnewydd 4 done going great 1st 3 miles then had nothing for the hill i lost 22 seconds on last yrs last mile luckily i was well infront of last yr at mile 3 ,still 26.59 getting slower with ageon the plus side a got 1st vet 50 and in 1st place in club champs with 5 races to go

Nice running Jason,excellent time after the marathon,5k s are quite hard to PB in ,and Carmarthen is a slow course.....look out Swansea when your nice and fresh next week.

MM we took some nice scalps on tired legs for those who not run it would prob say thats slow for 4 miles,well time they had a little jog around there

back out today 7miler done,all sorts of things going on with the calf,thanks to a ass of a driver turning into the garage as l ran to the entrance,thought she was sterling moss, i stopped and she nearly ran me over that ended my run for the day,plenty of niggles going on now,never mind she might get me another day
