Afternoon all- nice morning for easy running- glad I'm not racing up a hill in it though!
My 2 hour easy effort this morning saw me cover 16.2m (actually 2.00.01 = 7.24 av). 30 min recovery run later
well done JD ,3night shifts for me.
recovery done- 20.42m for the day. That will do until the morning Weekly total of 80.61m in 10.14.41 Good start to the base building

JD - I don't do FB. The training is ticking over despite not running as well as I should be.
I like training twice a day, mixing up the swimming and things too. Hope to do Snowdon later in the year and look forward to racing soon.
Had turkey cooked dinner with parents today. I made a cherry and almond cake which was very nice too
