Afternoon all- nice morning for easy running- glad I'm not racing up a hill in it though!

My 2 hour easy effort this morning saw me cover 16.2m (actually 2.00.01 = 7.24 av). 30 min recovery run later

MM61 - well done on your race.  Expect it was better than the year I did it!

CG - hope work goes okay.

Ran this morning for 4 miles and 10 tonight.  Weekly total 50 miles with 1 swim and a bike ride too.

JD - I don't do FB.  The training is ticking over despite not running as well as I should be.

I like training twice a day, mixing up the swimming and things too.   Hope to do Snowdon later in the year and look forward to racing soon.

Had turkey cooked dinner with parents today.  I made a cherry and almond cake which was very nice too
