4 miles done 31.07, got a couple of niggles to sort out ,tight left aductor giving slight inner knee pain ,tight right glutes giving slight hip and back pain,time to stretch and foam roller

Its a very nice curry!!  I would recommend it to everyone

Early swim for me and a long run tonight.  Still warm for running.

NR you should have had a map with number check out mile 8 you turn under bridge half way up then run up the hill you did 1st mile on

Taper madness here with this recovery week- lol! 8.12m done today- and that was it! Kept it late to give me something to look forward to!! In all seriousness, I know that the cutback week is important and it will benefit me....

Pretty grey start to the day here- 5.7m recovery done to get August started This will be last complete month that doesn't include a taper....

6 miles done 45mins just about missed the midday heat

smoked haddock noodles and salad out the garden now

JD your busy enough mate i not raced since june so thought best try and see how i am they altered the last mile and a half you now go up that peskie hill you come down at the start so iexpect a slower time for most nice run to bet you glad you missed the heat too
