MM61- still grey here. About to see how warm it is for second run. Got to do it early today as we are all out for a curry early evening Got my low carb option lined up ready. Pretty easy with Indian food as long as you avoid the rice, breads, saag aloo, dhals and pappadoms A nice karahi kebab in an onion, tomato and red and green pepper sauce served with cauliflower bhaji for me
next race for me is week Sunday - Fusion 5k

Hope the weather stays nice for GF and his race.
Long time lurker on this thread finally posting. Assuming there are some Port Talbot Harrier regulars still posting on here, I was wondering if anyone had more info on your Half Marathon run on Sept 1st.
Is it just a training run with some Brackla Harriers or can anyone join in? Is the route marked or do you need to know the course? And is there any charge? I’m part of a new(ish) running club just coming up to our 1st year anniversary and thought this would be an ideal training run for some of runners who are planning to do Bristol and Cardiff Half Marathons in the weeks after your run.
I haven’t actually mentioned it to anyone in the club yet so I could be on my own in my interest, or there could be 10 or so of us.
L77 most of port talbot now use face book got they own site on there, but i'm sure some still look in
NR shame that hope it improves was looking forward to seeing you in breconat the start anyway
L777 - we are a friendly bunch and any race is open to all.
MM61 - I thought I was making progress but will have to go back to shorter runs again. Ah well, could be worse.
At least its Friday.

NR shame but shorter runs are better than no runs
