It is if you're my mother, I had to stop her lobbing cold roast potatoes at them. She though they would like them, I thought they would knock them out.

Yes, men are allowed to participate.
I'm struggling to see the point of the original post - a group of women were out for a walk, wearing sporty-looking clothes and carrying water bottles. And ... ?
but without the original post we wouldn't know that there are 17000 women running around with just their bras on.
