Pressure cooking recipes?

I found my pressure cooker again the other day - I used to cook with it all the time when I was a student. Now I only use it for cooking dried beans, which seems like a bit of a waste really.

Thinking about it, they are perfect for runners - you can make food quickly; vitamins, etc. aren't boiled away as much as with conventional cooking(allegedly); and of course there's the energy saving bit as well. Oh, and the added risk of explosion really does spice up an evening.

I can't remember what I used to eat when I was a student apart from lentil stew ... so does anyone know any good recipes?
