some are guesses but bant anyway....

ive always been told that it is legal to kill a welshman with a bow and arrow from the city walls in chester.

however the fact of this is that it was written a very long time ago and has not been changed.

however more recently ammended laws state that murder is illegal regardless of race, colour etc.

so although it is probaly written law i wouldnt like to try it on with a judge.

but....

there is no way it is legal to cut off the head of a welshman in chester.

yes, it may be written somewhere in an obscure law nevertheless there are other contradictary laws that state that it is illegal to commit murder.

laws contradict one and other, that is why we need solicitors, lawyers, judges and jurys.

70 % proof - would this be guti hernandez from real by any chance? if not give us a decade to look at?
