Race day PB
I have a 10k next sunday,I ran the route today and hit a PB OF 48.O7.Do you think I could shave a few seconds of that on race day or is that just wishfull thinking.I was flat out!!!!
be sensible this week and mad mark's prediction will no doubt come true.
i just posted on your other thread and can see you've answered the question i asked you here!
I assume you're going to do a taper this week? By race day you should be jumping at the bit with energy, so dont be tempted to try and do a quick 10k between now and then. Just a couple of easy runs with maybe a short tempo run somewhere in the middle; then three miles or so at race pace on sat. Thats what Id do anyway.
