Could you help me please, I've given last month's issue to a friend at my running club before remembering to cut out the recipe for the Rice crispy snack treat which was an alternative to breakfast.
No doubt it's something like rice crispys + honey + nuts in the over for 5 minutes or something like that.
I've looked everywhere on the site but I don't seem to be able to find it. If someone could post it here or provide a link to the recipe that'd be grand
Isn't anything rice-crispy-based just rice crispys, chocolate and a fridge?

top work ladies and gentlemen! thanks very much.
Made and in the tupperware but with some missing? How strange....where did all these crumbs come from....
Bootsie - try this recipe instead: White chocolate and apricot krispie cakes. I made them for the kids' lunchboxes and they love them. Not so breakfasty though.
Or if you're feeling really adventurous, what about Trail mix bars? I've been making them for Wickett (my other half) for an alternative to energy bars on long bike rides / long distance runs. You can swap around the seeds, fruit etc to your own preferences.
