Hi I have just pick up more running sessions. But at the same time i want to loose weight.
I run 3 times a week with one weight training session, I have a healthy diet which consists of:
Breakfast : either two boiled eggs, grapefruit, total greek yogurt with fruit, fruit salad, omelette.
Mid Mor: Any one of the above.
Dinner: Salad with either cottage cheese, prawns, turkey or chicken, or home made soup.
Mid Afternoon: Fruit or Yougurt
Tea, Meat and vegi's or spag ball with turkey mince
Drinks: 2 litres water & 4 t o 5 cups green tea.
My day job is office.
I run two 6k & one 9 to 11k
I'm 5ft weight 9st 4lbs, female & 44 yrs young
Does this sound ok or not anyone. I also want to improve my running times. So I have up my mileage slowly
